June 2020

We continued to go on walks around the neighborhood this month. I had to capture when the boys are being nice to each other and holding hands.

Luckily the kids were still able to do swimming lessons this summer.

Building lots of towers with blocks

Kyle and Garrett were able to come over an play and we went to the park

Looking at Dad's new Father's Day Lego book

Hike to Elephant Rock. Emerson and I didn't go all the way, but Deacon, Livy, Grandpa Mecham, and Mandy made it.

The library was closed for a few weeks. When it opened back up, they no longer could do story time, so one of the ladies that works there has been preparing different crafts for the kids to do each month. Below are two of the crafts Emerson did this month. We have really enjoyed doing these crafts and coloring pages.

St. George Trip

We were able to go to St. George Friday, May 29 through Tuesday, June 2 to visit Matt's parents. It was hot and Grandpa got a new pool that Deacon enjoyed playing in. Emerson on the other hand never got in it - maybe next time. While we were there we hung out at Grandma and Grandpa's playing with lots of Legos, going on golf cart rides, and blowing bubbles, went hiking at Pine Valley Mountain, went to Glitter Mountain, played at the Dinosaur park, and played at the City Center and splash pad. We had a much needed trip full of fun and memories.

The boys had a lot of fun at the City Center. They played with some other kids that let them borrow their water guns and tried to block the water by making a dam with their bodies.
