A girl at my work also works for the Bee's and she got us some tickets to go to the last game of the season on Labor Day. We invited Matt's parents to go with us and Livy. Our "assigned" seats were right in the sun and it was hot! It would have been awful to sit in those seats, so we moved to a section that had a little patch of shade, which was so much better! Of course the kids were not really that interested in the game, but they got balloon animals (Livy got a fish on a fishing pole and Deacon got a shark with a small fish). Grandpa bought them cotton candy (which wasn't so good), and they got hot dogs. They also got to play on the park and tried hitting a ball on a mini field, which neither of them knew what they were doing, but wanted to do it anyway. Emer was pretty good, but got a bit grumpy at times. Luckily Grandma packed a few necklaces he could play with and chew on. All in all, I thought we had a good time. The cutest thing is Deacon calls it the "Beeswax" Game.
