Emerson is now 9 months old!
He went to the doctor for his 9-month check-up and got his picture taken. This time I wanted to get some pictures of him, and some of him and Deacon together. Emerson wasn't as smiley as he usually is, but I think they turned out great.

Emerson is doing great! He really likes baby food - he won't even seem hungry, but if you put him in his highchair, he gets pretty upset until he gets fed. He's even upset sometimes during the times when there is no food in his mouth because you are getting him some more. He gets really excited looking at certain things, especially cell phones. It's really cute to watch. He is still our rolly polly and tubbers with his tubby tummy. I gave him and Deacon a bath for the first time together at the end of May, and they did well together. I'm trying to teach him to clap and say Mama, but so far, no luck. It makes him happy to see me clap though. Our Emer-baby is getting so big!
